Credit Terms

  • As we move into the 2016 season, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for doing business with MN Ag Services.

 
I would like to take this opportunity to advise you of the credit terms.
 
Invoices will be prepared within 2 days of completing services and monthly statements will be sent at the end of each month.   All statements are due in full by the 12th of the month.  Late payments will be charged a 1.5% per month finance charge.
 
Credit Card Terms:
  • Credit card transactions where the credit card is swiped will not be assessed additional merchant fees; transactions where the credit card is manually entered will be assessed the additional merchant fees incurred.
  • Credit card purchases are not allowed for ‘pass through’ transactions without being assessed merchant fees
  • Any returnable product purchased with a credit card will be returned at the purchase price minus the merchant fee. 
 
These credit terms are effective June 1, 2016 and may change with the market place.
